If you love the smell of fresh cake but don't have the time or patience to make a whole cake from scratch, ready-made cake powders are your best friend. In this article, we want to make a soft, moist and delicious cake using ready-made cocoa cake powder; hassle-free, no need for professional skills, and perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

3 eggs

Half a glass of liquid oil

A glass of water or milk (milk makes the cake more fragrant and tender)

A little vanilla or cinnamon powder (optional)

Chocolate chips or chopped walnuts for inside or on the cake (optional)

Step-by-step preparation method
1. Prepare the oven
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease the cake pan or line it with parchment paper.

2. Mix the ingredients
In a large bowl, beat the eggs for 1 minute.
Add the oil and milk (or water) and mix a little.
Now add the cake powder and mix just until smooth.
(Overmixing will make the cake tough.)

3. Delicious additions
If you like, add some chocolate chips, walnuts or even banana slices to make the cake extra special.

4. Bake the cake
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
To check for doneness, insert a toothpick into the center of the cake; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.

5. Serve and enjoy
Once cooled, remove the cake from the pan.
You can sprinkle powdered sugar, whipped cream or chocolate sauce on top to make it more attractive.

Golden tips for a perfect cocoa cake
Using milk instead of water will make the cake more moist.

If you want the cake to be more fluffy, beat on high speed for the last 2 minutes.

Adding a tablespoon of coffee powder to the batter will deepen the cocoa flavor.

Do not fill the pan more than two-thirds full or the cake will overflow.
